Introduction

In the modern competitive business environment, change is always inevitable. Growth of organizations and their survival depends on how well they transit through the changes. The rate of success in the transition process in most organizations has dismal records ranging from 20 to 30 percent. The best way to prepare for change is through enhancement of leadership abilities to effectively meet the demands of transition and change processes.
