Analyzing and Understanding Financial Statements

In the modern business world, understanding finance and accounting is no longer limited to accountants. Indeed, if an organization needs improvement in its performance to better results, all staff in sensitive positions must be able to interpret relevant financial documents. There is a growing trend where knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Costing is not only restricted to the finance department, but a necessity for all leaders in order to achieve a common level of understanding and communication of financial proceedings and objectives. This course will enable those without deep financial backgrounds to easily present their ideas without necessarily having to be briefed by the finance department.
